Sofitel Sydney Wentworth Hotel

Room had window for fresh air. Well-appointed but small. Outstanding check-in service with room upgrade, breakfast, and late checkout. Friendly staff. Pleasant surprise for wedding night. Champagne and upgrade for anniversary.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which was perfectly located to explore all the attractions we came to see. Everything was within walking distance, making it extremely convenient for us. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed a stunning view from our room, adding to the overall experience.

The TV channel selection was a bit limited, but it didn't affect our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

J'ai adoré la tranquillité du lieu, c'était l'endroit idéal pour passer une nuit ou un week-end. De plus, la situation de l'hôtel était parfaite, à seulement 5 minutes du centre-ville en voiture. La propreté de la chambre était impeccable, rien à redire à ce sujet. La chambre en elle-même, située dans le château, était remplie de charme et de cachet. Et la salle de bain était tout simplement à couper le souffle ! Elle était immense, ultra moderne et comportait une baignoire à l'ancienne ainsi qu'une douche à l'italienne. Magnifique ! Enfin, l'hôtel proposait un spa avec piscine chauffée, sauna et hammam, ainsi que des soins relaxants.

We had an exceptional stay at this luxurious hotel. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated with exquisite attention to detail. the private facilities were exclusive, and the beauty treatments were top, notch. the location advantages were unbeatable, with beautiful gardens just a few steps away.

The only minor issue for us was the inexperienced staff member in the bar area. There was a miscommunication while ordering drinks, but it was quickly resolved by the manager.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to see and do. It was conveniently situated near the opera and the central shopping area. Plus, public transportation was easily accessible with a nearby train station.

The hotel room was well furnished and comfortable, providing a clean and modern atmosphere. The staff at the reception desk and concierge were friendly, making check-in and assistance easy. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the wait staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel could improve in a few areas. The noise level in the rooms was quite noticeable, which can be disruptive to a good night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at the Sofitel in Sydney. The beds were comfortable and the decor was very pleasant. The staff, especially Alley and Rizal, took really good care of us and made us feel special. The hotel's location was convenient and the value for money, especially with a discounted rate, was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Sydney.

This hotel provided a truly luxurious stay. the exclusive amenities in the room fulfilled all my needs. the beauty treatment was outstanding. the entertainment was fun yet elegant. the bar/lounge area was cozy and chic. the private facilities were very comfortable.

The restaurant could offer a more diverse menu. Other than that, this hotel exceeded all my expectations.
